The LT-55 XL Laser Templator was originally designed specifically for the counter top industry but since then has moved far beyond it into the millwork, glass and metal fabrication industries. However counter tops are still our biggest focus.

You would have to wait for the hot glue gun to warm up so that you could glue all your luan strips to fit that back wall that seemed to have more curves and angles than you thought were possible? The LT-55 XL Laser Templator was designed specifically to allow you to get into the job site, do your template and move on to the next job as quickly and with as little frustration as possible. Our customers will complete an average 60 square foot job in about 15 minutes. That include setup and break down time. Also, because you will be measuring with a laser, which is essentially light, there is no risk of hurting yourself.

Customers who use the LT-55 XL to template all their jobs notice a huge increase in productivity. They don’t need to worry about driving back to the fabrication shop between jobs to drop off a template they just finished because they can email the files to the office from the tablet PC that runs the laser. They also have the ability to schedule fabrication times and installation dates from within our program.  Because our software runs on all Windows computers (2000, XP, Vista and 7) you can also run any other scheduling software you might be using in your business like Moraware.
